Elizabeth (Lizzie) Lowe

Lizzie Lowe is studying a BA (Hons) Hand Embroidery for Fashion, Interiors, Textile Art at The Royal School of Needlework. Lizzie is a surface embellisher specialising in hand embroidery which pushes creative boundaries in terms of materials and techniques which are reinterpreted in a contemporary context.

To date, Lizzie has had the opportunity of working in the ateliers of Zandra Rhodes, Hussein Chalayan, Burberry and Alexander McQueen. Lizzie has also collaborated with the Embroiders Guild on a commissioned piece for HBO Game of Thrones, and with Mr X Stitch on his inspiration station at the London Knitting and Stitch Show.
